Delivery

Our sausages are made to be enjoyed fresh, so we ship them chilled and never frozen. Every order travels in full cold chain through a refrigerated courier network, from our door to yours. Each order is packed with a cooling pack and insulating liner so it arrives cold.

Dispatch and cut-off

We dispatch once a week, every Tuesday morning.

Order cut-off is Monday, 12:00 pm. Orders placed after cut-off travel with the following Tuesday dispatch.

A small number of outer areas may fall to the following dispatch. Your available delivery timing is always shown at checkout for your postcode.

Delivery days are as close to confirmed as possible. Occasional road freight delays or public holidays can move a delivery to the next service day.

Free delivery

Orders of $250 or more receive free delivery within Victoria.

Delivering to other areas

We currently deliver across Victoria and to Sydney Metro. Reaching more of Australia is something we are working on and will open as our network grows.

Good to know

You will receive SMS and email updates with tracking and a delivery window.

Your order is left in a safe place at your address, so you do not need to be home. Please refrigerate it as soon as you can after it arrives.

Please enter a complete street address. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Add any delivery notes in the comments field at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If your postcode cannot be selected at checkout, it is not yet covered by our network. We are expanding, so please check back.
