Our Black Pudding is a coarse pork sausage made in the traditional style, generously seasoned with marjoram and black pepper. Made with 95% pork, including blood, it has a rich, savoury flavour and a wonderfully hearty texture that makes it a standout on any platter.

Enjoy it cold in thin slices with fresh sourdough, mustard and pickles, or pan fry it until crisp and golden. It is equally at home on a rustic grazing board, as part of a proper breakfast, or served as an elevated entrée with butter bean purée and apple-cider-braised onions.
