Our very first home in Melbourne. In 2014, four years after the Radtke family made the move from Germany, we set up our stand among the traders at one of the city's oldest and best-loved food markets, and we've been here ever since.

This is where it all began on Australian soil. Fresh sausages grilling over charcoal, the smell drifting down the aisles, and a friendly face behind the grill ready for a chat. Everything is prepared the way it always has been in our family, with proper German craft and no shortcuts.
