Our Weisswurst is a finely cut pork sausage made in the classic Southern German style, with fresh parsley and a subtle touch of citrus. Mild, beautifully seasoned and wonderfully tender, it is the sausage at the heart of a proper Bavarian breakfast.

Traditionally, Weisswurst is gently simmered in hot water and served with sweet mustard and a warm pretzel. But it is just as delicious pan fried, grilled or cooked in the air fryer for a golden finish. However you enjoy it, its delicate flavour and soft, juicy texture make every bite something special.
