For fewer than 50 guests, or a BBQ budget below $1,800 AUD, choose self-run hire of the 2 × 2 m stand. Food, charcoal and required equipment come from us. Collect at 102 Proximity Dr, Sunshine West VIC 3020, or request delivery for an extra fee. You organise the cooking and serving.

No advance payment is required for catering. We agree payment arrangements with your quote. Stand hire requires a separate $500 AUD refundable security bond at handover, whether collected or delivered. The bond is separate from the hire fee and food order.

The $500 AUD security bond is separate from the hire price and is lodged at handover. It is refunded after the complete equipment has been returned and inspected. Normal cleaning and fair wear and tear are included. Any proposed deduction for damage or missing items is explained and documented under the agreed hire terms.
