Our Polish Ring is made from Australian pork using a traditional coarse textured recipe and seasoned with quality spices for its signature peppery finish. Hand linked and slowly smoked over beech and apple woodchips, it delivers the rich flavour and satisfying texture that Polish sausages are known for.

Just as good pan fried, grilled on the BBQ or simmered gently on the stove. Slice it into a fresh roll with mustard, serve it with sauerkraut and potatoes, or add it to a hearty winter stew. However you cook it, that deep smoky character comes through in every bite.
